I would have been tempted to wait for the 80k offer which could have been 2 x +5% implants, which can be really nice, or really crap :D

I wouldnt use the lvl 4 ql 18 agent to try get the connection books, a high quality lvl 3 is much better, It can take a while for you to recieve a connections skillbook offer. Which means resetting a lot.
